All things considered, for the fees I paid, it was good value for money
The location was great, adjacent to metro and main line train station, perfect if you are catching a train to Pompeii or Sorrento. The room was spacious and clean, water pressure was strong which is uncommon in Europe.
The main entrance was behind the building in a side street which was full of hawkers during the day and empty but dark in the evening. You have to stay vigilant when you opened the door to get into the building after dark.
