    Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä Alamedan ravintoloita ja lyhyt kävelymatka suurimpaan osaan nähtävyyksiä. Erittäin siisti ja kaikki näytti uudelta. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu kätevät.

    Kylpyhuone ja wc yläkerrassa tosi jyrkkien rappujen päässä. Huoneisto oli pohjakerroksessa ja ainoa ikkuna suoraan kävelykadulle, vaatekaapit verhojen takana ikkunalla. Jonkin verran melua kadulta.
