  The host was quite attentive during check-in. The only good thing about the house was that the pool was large and clean. However, the cleanliness of the house was at a terrible level; the insides of the cabinets were full of dust, cobwebs, and grease. We had to run the dishwasher four times in a row just to wash all the kitchenware. The dining table by the pool, the lounge chairs, and other outdoor furniture were quite dirty. The windows clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. It seems the cleaning staff they hire just run a vacuum, empty the trash, leave some towels, and go. No proper cleaning is done. We had to wipe down everything from the kitchen counters to the dining table before we could even settle in. The kitchen was also missing a lot of basic equipment. Even default items like a strainer or plastic bowls were missing, and almost none of the knives were sharp enough to cut anything. They provided a plastic tea maker, but it tripped the fuse whenever we turned it on, so we couldn't make tea. Frankly, we weren't very surprised because we face these exact same issues in 90% of the houses we rent in Sapanca. It is a place where you pay premium prices for rentals that fail to meet even the most basic standards. After this latest visit, we have decided never to go to Sapanca again due to its degraded environment, conservative culture, and consistently poor service quality.

  مكان رائع وهادئ وناس ودودين وتعامل اروع.

  هدوء المكان وحسن التعامل والاستقبال والتواصل باستمرار مع الضيوف وتلبية الرغبات.

  يستحق يستحق ان يكون وجهتك في صبنجة دائماً

  المكان رااااااائع ومالك العقار ودود وحريص على راحتنا وكل الادوات متوفرة للطبخ والشواء احببت المكان قريب من شارع بغداد تصل اليه مشي على الاقدام بكل سهولة سأكرر الزيارة المرات القادمة شكراً من الأعماق لمالك العقار واسرته على لطفهم 🌹
