    The property exceeded all our expectations, very homey feel and everything we needed was catered for

    Always felt safe and very cozy.

    The process of doing your biometrics with security took a bit longer than expected.

    جزيرة آمنة جدا و قريبة من المناطق الترفيهية ،

    الفيلا التي قمت بحجزها لم تكن لها اطلالة مباشرة علي البحيرة ، حوض السباحة في الفيلا بدون تدفئة ، لكن الفيلا بشكل عام نظيفة راقية مؤثثة بشكل جيد جدا ، الصالة فيها تدفئة و الغرف ايضا فيها مكيفات تعمل بنظام التدفئة ، اضافة الى وجود تدفئة في السرير ، لأن الجو بارد جدا جدا ، الجزيرة تشمل مرافق و ملاعب مفتوحة لجميع الاعمار و آمنه للمشي ، قريب من مكان الاقامة يوجد الكثير من المطاعم و محلات الايسكريم و الشواطئ المفتوحة و الكافيهات و المتاجر المتنوعة و مراكز انشطة ترفيهية لحجز رحلات برية و بحرية متنوعة

    السيكيوريتي عالي جدا في المنطقة لدرجة التعقيد ، طلب منا مكان الاستضافة ارافق صور الجوازات و صور شخصية لاستصدار تراخيص الدخول الى الجزيرة ، و عند الوصول تم اخذ بصمة اليد و تفاصيل السيارة ، يقوم السكيورتي بطلب بصمة اليد عند الدخول و الخروج ، وفي كل مرة يعجز الجهاز عن التعرف على بصمة اليد و يطلب الموظف البيانات و الجواز في كل مرة .

    Lovely property but better access, clean towels for longer stay, info pack & TV guide would help.

    The location was good, food not applicable as it was a self catering booking. The property had everything we expected and situated in a fine location.

    We never met the host and there was confusion about entering the property. The agent who was on holiday had sent a WhatsApp message which because of travelling we hadn’t read. This was eventually sorted although it wasted more than an hour of our time. We were given keys by an assistant. No details of Wi Fi or how to operate the TV which meant we were not able to utilise the advertised TV channels. An information pack would have been very helpful.
