PAYMENT POLICY: - Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. - Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. - Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. - Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. -Transaction Fee: A nonrefundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond. - Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement. CANCELLATION POLICY: - Standard Cancelations: Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. - Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. - COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. - Event Cancelations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.     Winter weekend away.

    Great house for a large group of people. Beautiful views, nice log fire, and everything you need.

    Suggest arriving in the daylight to navigate the driveway for the first time, then it's no problem.

    WILL NOT BOOK AGAIN

    The house was suitable for our group weekend away.

    Poor customer service from property management group spoiled the experience before we got there! The booking process felt very demanding, intrusive and disrespectful. Fees, fees, fees... upload your ID... pay a bond... provide credit card details (on top of bond)... I was starting to feel like I'd fallen for a scam - but you can't even call anyone to discuss the booking on the phone! Spent the whole stay paranoid that we'd be accused of breaking one of the many already damaged furnishings in the house. Only have the courage to post this review since the bond was refunded. I'll avoid all properties managed by Accommodated Inc in future.

    Location was excellent with magnificent scenic outlook. Spacious lounge and dining area. Well provisioned kitchen.

    The parking situation was difficult - steep awkward driveway, and limited alternative parking on the street. It wasn't clear that downstairs the bathroom is actually an ensuite to a double room, and therefore difficult to access from the large room with multiple beds.

    Fantastic holiday in one of Australia's iconic locations.

    The location is simply magnificent - all the bedrooms were comfortable and it was really great to have the jacuzzi and watch the sunset over the distant mountains. The lodge is very close to Katoomba and Blue Mountains attractions, but we felt were miles away from everyone deep in the mountains. Wonderful view - with wallabies visiting at dusk. Amenities were very good. Our family had a fantastic week.

    There is hardly anything to dislike. Only comment is the stove is a bit old - the oven took a while to work out.
