    DO NOT STAY HERE

    Nothing. Booking did refund some of the cost.

    Four days without hot water. Booking.com called the owner who not only hung up the phone after booking indentified himself she refused subsequent calls. I managed to inform her about the water situation and she said that she would take care of the problem on Monday. Clearly she did not want to pay a surcharge for weekend repairs. Missing pillowcase. Two beds were missing sheets, both of which were prepared using blankets which were not washed. One small bath towel, three small worn out face towels, no bidet towels. Bidet had a broken faucet. Sofa bed had a two centimeter foam sheet. It was not a mattress. Metal brackets poked into my back. I folded the foam sheet in half and slept on the floor. Sheets were mishmash and worn out polyester. Disregard for any sense of hospitality. The door intercommunication system is used by the residents of the 31 other apartments since it was not locked. It was extremely loud and used at all hours of the day and night. Three loud buzzes to enter the courtyard and three to enter the building. I could not used the extra cot because not only was the mattress ripped it was disgustingly dirty. No mattress covers. This accomodation is substandard and should be removed from the listing until improvements are made. This owner does not represent Italians at their standard level of hospitality or cleanliness. K.     Estaba limpio, la ubicación es buena enfrente de supermercado y a 100mts del metro

    En la ducha tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, y el chorro agua es muy pobre, sacando eso todo bien.
