    Absolutely fantastic!

    This was the most satisfying stay of the entire trip, and probably my favorite among all the guesthouses I’ve ever stayed in. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from both the train station and the Dome, so it’s easy to reach all the main attractions on foot. When I booked, I was captivated by the terrace view, and it turned out that the terrace overlooking the Dome is indeed as beautiful as the pictures. But the interior is equally stunning — as soon as I opened the door, I felt it was worth every penny. The host was very nice and gave us a thorough introduction to everything. There are three bedrooms: one downstairs and two upstairs. The upper floor shares one bathroom, while the ground floor has two bathrooms — very convenient. There’s a huge living room, a bright kitchen, and a large dining table, perfect for family meals. All the amenities are well-stocked and tastefully chosen, which made things super easy. Importantly, there’s a washing machine and a dryer. The TV and cartoon books are kids friendly. Soundproofing is excellent — once you close the soundproof windows, it’s completely quiet. Will definitely stay again when we visit Florence next.

    What made this stay extra special was how much Francesco, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

    Beautiful apartment. Very clean and close to everything. We had everything we needed and more. The view of the Duomo from the balcony was just amazing!

    Nothing. I would send everyone I know to this place because it really just exceeded all of our expectations
