    Todo bien hasta q nos robaron…

    A mi esposo le robaron la argolla de matrimonio, mientras fuimos a la playa y regresamos, la habitación ya estaba aseada y el anillo ya no estaba. Por obvias razones el personal del aseo es el responsable del robo, ya que revisaron cámaras y nadie más tuvo acceso a la habitación. Lamentablemente no dieron ninguna solución y el pretexto fue q por ser fin de semana el encargado de seguridad no estaba laborando, la pérdida sucedió el día sábado y debíamos esperar hasta el lunes para atender el caso, día q teníamos la salida del hotel…Es muy lamentable esta situación ya que uno considera que en un hotel de cinco estrellas se toman el trabajo de investigar al personal que contratan, precisamente para evitar este tipo de sucesos, como confiar en personas que tienen completo acceso a las pertenencias de los huéspedes. Ojalá tomen más conciencia para que eviten a los viajeros esos malos ratos.
