  The whole experience was bad

This is your warning! Do not stay here! Everything is broken, the fans do not work so it's steaming hot in this apartment!!! No one came to fix them the whole time we were there despite being told that someone should come at some point!!! The bed was broken, the chairs had holes in the middle - if our child would have sat on it she would have been injured! the sinks were blocked and there was a sewage stink! The manager is so rude and after telling her I was not happy she told us we could leave! Just leave the keys!!! We had three children with us! We would have happily left but we had obviously already paid. Now nearly 3 weeks after check out, our deposit is not being paid back to us. It says up to 14 days after you check out you will receive deposit, it's now been nearly three weeks and they are just being evasive. We have had to call booking.com to get involved. They honestly feel like con artists. Aside from that the apartment is so overpriced for what it is. It's within a sort of old age community, the pool is warm which is not refreshing at all. There is nothing going on around for kids, it's a pretty sleepy area which my kids found boring.
