NO ON-SITE MANAGEMENT. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE, YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK!
The town of El Torno is very quaint and lovely. The apartment is a good size - it's small but efficient. The bedding was very nice and the bed was comfortable.
We had a number of problems with our stay but the most significant issue is that there is no staff on site to manage this complex. The internet did not work for our entire two night stay and the guest relations were completely unapologetic and dismissive to us about the issue. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience, they treated us as if we were stupid for not being able to connect. After our stay they reached out to say there was some kind of climatic interference which was why the internet wasn't working. Also, the toilet in the bathroom leaks every time the toilet flushes and the water does not get hot. It gets luke warm. When we complained about these issues, the management was again dismissive and unapologetic. One last thing, there is an umbrella that lives in the pool. It just does not work to manage a apartment/hotel complex remotely.

Apartamento en el centro de un pequeño pueblo
Es una alojamiento en el centro de un pequeño pueblito: los apartamentos son muy pequeñitos, pero tienen una zona común con piscina muy agradable, sirve como punto para desplazarse y conocer el valle del Jerte.
Se oye bastante el piso superior, por lo demás todo bien.

Alojamiento cómodo y tranquilo para desconectar de verdad
Experiencia maravillosa en un alojamiento de ensueño, cómodo y tranquilo para pasar unos días de desconexión. El anfitrión se preocupó en todo momento de que estuviésemos a gusto y de darnos todas las indicaciones necesarias para que pudiésemos llegar con comodidad. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño perfecto, son cómodas, limpias, y la cocina es perfecta para no depender exclusivamente de comer de restaurantes. ¡Repetiremos seguro!
La única "desventaja" o aspecto a tener en cuenta es que es complicado aparcar en lo que es el pueblo, si lo que buscas es aparcar "en la puerta" del alojamiento, y tiene varias cuestas. Sin embargo Jose Carlos nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria para aparcar a menos de 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento, lo cual no fue ningún problema, y a esa distancia hay varias opciones para dejar el coche y llegar a pocos minutos a pie. Además gracias a que no hay mucho vehículo, ¡hay mucho silencio en todos los alrededores del alojamiento!
