I had nothing but great days at the property! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and nicely maintained/presented. Too fitness room on the top floor could use some fixing up, but thats about it! Highly enjoyed

The staff was very courteous and heelpful. The faclities left much to be desired. If the advertised facilities are not of any significance to you e.g. most or all of your time will be spent out of the hotel, then most of the hotel's offerings will be of no consequence to you as a traveler. If however, your choice of the hotel is hinged on the advertised facilities, , you're in for a big surprise. During my stay, the gym wasb100 % non functional, the 5 pieces of equipment were all dirty, broken and non functional.Though I am not into popls, because of its proximity to the gym,I obsrrved it is/was not appropriately maintained... just as vad as the not functional gym. I will not stsy in such a facility again in a second visit to the city/area.

    スタッフの方々も親切丁寧で楽しめました。 朝食がもう少し清潔感があると満足度がもっと上がると思いました。
