    Disappointed

    The location was great. Close to port, city, stadium,entertainment precinct, strand water front. Security was great. Pool,gym,sauna were good.

    1.The appartment hadn't been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Didn't match the internet photos. Microwave had old food splatter. 2.The unit was infested with Cockroaches. Fortunately there was surface spray in the cupboard which sorted most of them out. Then the surface spray smell was overwelming. I'm the guest not the pest exterminator. 3.All utensils,plates,glasses,bench tops had to be cleaned from fear of the where the roaches had been. 4.The bathtub showerscreen wasn't sealed, so the floor was soaked. Payed for two bathrooms only one was functionable. 5. The plate shelf collapsed because a shelf peg was missing. When the front plates had been used the rear of the shelf became heavier and the shelf just fell onto the bottom shelf thankfully only one saucer broke. 6.When we pay a premium we expect perfect nothing less.

    Easy process checking in and out. Great location. Good size rooms.

    Location was convenient. Pool great.

    One set of keys didn’t have a key so was locked out.
