Quiet, good kitchen, well equipped, with just 1 shower, small, well equipped bathroom. very clean everywhere. There's a st rochus chapel with idyllic pasture with great horned cows nearby a nature feel and some relaxation after a days' work. Kelmis is closeby for prime necessity shops or tourism.
no pads for the coffee, machine , it could use some more color or decoration. gsm, internet signal lost along the road at 1-2 km from there,, take some notes (key code) on location before you go.
