מלון מדהים מלבד מנהל משמרת
מקום מדהים! מעל המצופה. חדרים מעולים ( 2 קומות) , נקי, יפה. בריכה קסומה עם יציאה החוצה. ממש אהבנו את המקום
מנהל משמרת. יחס ודיבור לא נעים. קיבלנו שוברים לבר חינם למשקאות לפי בחירה ( לפי כמות נפשות במשפחה )כך הצוות הסביר. כאשר באנו להזמין מנהל משמרת סירב לתת משקאות בחינם מלבד שתיה קלה על כל השאר שלקחנו דרש תשלום. לא הייתי מתלוננת אם לא היה מובטח אחרת. דיבר היה לא נעים ואפילו אנטי. מבאס כאשר מובטח משהו ועובדים עלינו. שקר זה לא נעים.

The room was very comfortable and even had Netflix which was appreciated as there is really nothing to do in the evenings after dinner. We did not use the spa so cannot comment.
While the staff are very helpful, they are not local and could not suggest hikes, etc. The hotel restaurant is a fixed menu, and likely we should have ordered half board as very little eating options in the village. That said it seemed pricy and we heard that it wasn't the best although we never ate there. Breakfast was fine.

SUPER CONSIGLIATO, CI TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE
La camera era accogliente, abbastanza grande con un balconcino e pulitissima. Ho apprezzato che non ci fosse la moquette,ma il parquet/laminato il che la rendeva più igienica. Il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo e la colazione era ben assortita sia dolce che salato.
Nulla. L'unico "appunto" è che avrei preferito che la piscina rimanesse aperta anche alla sera tardi, tipo fino alle 23:00.

Meravigliosa Val di Fassa
La zona piscina, la zona area benessere, colazione top, posizione , pulizia e reception con ragazzi meravigliosi, complimenti a Salvatore , preparato, simpatico , e cercava sempre di interagire e farci sentire coccolati. La signora dei massaggi nell'aera benessere bravissima , molto preparata e attenta a tutto.
Devo dire che il materasso anche se c'era il topper, non era da 4 stelle , da una parte sembrava quasi di cadere in fuori. La cena: il buffet degli antipasti buonissimi anche se quasi sempre i soliti ma può anche starci, come primi e secondi, un pò troppo carichi di sale e olio( x i miei gusti) anche qui mi spiace ma non proprio da 4 stelle però, nell'insieme il mio punteggio è buono
