A wonderful apartment in a perfect location, with everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay in Venice.
We had a wonderful stay at Nausicaa and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and exceptionally well located in Castello – close to everything, yet in a lovely and authentic part of Venice away from the busiest tourist areas. The location was perfect for us, especially for visiting the Biennale, with the Arsenale and Giardini within easy walking distance and the Arsenale vaporetto stop just a few minutes away. Elena was a wonderful host – warm, kind, responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent from the moment we arrived, and all the instructions were clear and easy. We felt completely at home and really enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would happily stay at Nausicaa again on our next visit to Venice. Highly recommended – 10/10!

Fantastycznie spędzony czas z przyjaciółmi.
Przestronny i wygodny apartament dla 4 osób. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z gospodynią apartamentu Eleną za pomocą WhatsApp oraz bardzo precyzyjne i klarowne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania i wymeldowania.
Niewygodny dostęp do zlewozmywaka w kuchni ze względu na wiszący nad nim duży podgrzewacz wody. Jak na dość wysoki standard apartamentu, kiepski zestaw naczyń kuchennych (np. brak patelni z nieprzywierającym dnem), brak jednolitego zestawu filiżanek, kubków, kieliszków, sztućców, co obniża ogólne wrażenie i ocenę, a zmiana tego nie byłaby wielkim kosztem. Dużą niedogodnością dla gości są żądania dotyczące wyrzucania śmieci. Co do zasady popieram obowiązujące w Wenecji bardzo restrykcyjne zasady dotyczące gospodarki odpadami, z których jednak wynika, że poszczególne rodzaje odpadów można odstawić do punktów zbiórki tylko w wybrane dni tygodnia. Apartament przerzuca ten obowiązek na gości w stosunku jeden do jednego. My byliśmy w apartamencie od soboty do wtorku i jest rzeczą naturalną, że wszystkie rodzaje odpadów powstawały w całym tym okresie. Jest też rzeczą oczywistą, że śmieci się wyrzuca tuż przed wyprowadzką, bo przecież do ostatniej chwili mogą się pojawić jakieś nieprzewidziane odpady. I my spotkaliśmy się z taką sytuacją, że w ostatnim dniu naszego pobytu, w punktach odbioru odpadów przyjmowano plastik, szkło, odpady zmieszane, a nie był przyjmowany papier, który był przyjmowany dzień wcześniej, natomiast apartament żąda aby nie zostawiać żadnych odpadów. Co więc goście mają zrobić z odpadami, które nie są odbierane w dniu wyjazdu?
