The common areas, stairs entrance are a little gritty but that’s not the apartments problem. It feels like a refuge once you are through the door.

Lovely clean apartment, perfect location
Great apartment in the perfect location in the Old Town, literally a minutes walk from the heart of the old towns bars, restaurants, shops, etc. But in a quiet square. Comfy bed, good shower, great aircon, had everything we needed for a week's stay. Spiros and particularly Rodolfo were very helpful with any queries or minor issues we had.
The only downside for us was the terrace - we'd booked this property specifically because it had a roof terrace as we like to sit out, with a glass or 2, watch the sunset etc. , but we were unaware it was communal, and because of this it wasn't very nice - only 1 chair, rubbish, broken glass on the door, and overlooking/ attached to the neighbours apartment. The fact it was communal wasn't on the listing description when we booked it. I understand if neighbours dont keep it clean etc, but that wasn't made clear in the description which was a shame, as the view of the rooftops and surrounding sea, mountains etc was great. Would have been nice to have a little table and chairs to sit out on the balcony too. Apart from that, it was great.
