    Vacasa = bad Nautilus on mistico = great

    Apologies to the owner : it is such a shame that this beautiful condo with great facilities is managed by Vacasa... The worst customer experience period

    No hot water and no support whatsoever from Vacasa to get the problem fixed. AI generated answers are not a solution! I can use a chatbot by myself if I want a list of obvious things to pursue. Rental contract from Vacasa was a pain to get done. Absolutely no accommodation nor flexibility when phone calls aren't possible from remote locations. Were I the owner, I would change the rental management company.
