Very comfortable-/ great breakfast and generous and then delivered when you schedule.
Great location but a bit difficult to find the way in after dark. More instructions would help . Being right on top of exposed ruins was incredible and very interesting.
Just need better instructions for entry

Comfy beds, clean, no view, very small room, location great.
Beds very comfortable. Location amazing
Check in only open till 2pm. They asked in advance and we gave approx time of arrival for 3.30pm. Flight was delayed by almost 2hours but we were not aware that at 5.30pm this would be an issue. Please tell guests about limited staff time. Very poorly signed, just a bell with a small name tag. Didn’t answer our calls at first. We got in after 20-30mins. Room was tiny, breakfast included but basic and brought to you. Not all bad as beds very comfortable, location great although at times noisy. Wouldn’t have felt comfortable hanging out in room, very claustrophobic.

Lobby located on 3rd Floor, needs 3 keys to enter gates, very Dark, Elevator very old and Small,do not touch the door or
The room was clean, had large window, toilet and shower decent size.
The system to Enter and access the Room was what didn’t seat well at all with my Wife, ( for a single Man stay, I’ll say not an overwhelming problem ), but for a Women, she had a big issue: to begin, it was confusing to locate at First, I guess they should have bigger Sign or Instructions on how to access the first Gate, your are basically in the street trying to enter, and cars and tourist passing by, Poor visibility in day light since it’s a big old building, then the Lobby is situated in the 3rd Floor, so there is another door before entering inside the. Building, Dark inside too, and then you reach the Elevator, the elevator is very old Very SMALL, felt claustrophobic and unsafe, it did work, but if you touch the 80 year old doors the elevator will not stop on the proper place leaving you half way between the door and the floor, to my wife that alone was terrifying, ones you access the door of the Lobby, everything looks normal and the Receptionist was very nice to us, unfortunately the damage was done before we reached the Lobby, my wife wasn’t having the elevator experience anymore and we spent the first night thereI, she didn’t like the smell inside the room either, and move to another Hotel, when Ask for a refund, they Refused to give any, so make sure if you book the room, you will not have any refunds from them.

We had a lovely albeit tiring time from all the walking in Rome and love Piazza Navona!! Grazie!!
The location cannot be faulted as it was in walking distance from all major attractions and primely situated with many eateries around...spoilt for choice. The blackout curtains were great. The air-con was in good working order and towels and linen changed every day. The staff were polite, helpful and nothing we requested was too much trouble.
We hadn't realised that breakfast was being served in the room. The selection offered was not vast but adequate once we experienced it after the first day. It can be noisy at the weekend. The corridor light was on all night and could not be dimmed.
