    Das Hotel ist von aussen eher unscheinbar und versprüht im Inneren einen nostalgischen Charme. Es ist über einen älteren Lift erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sodass alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen unkompliziert und schnell. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ansprechend angerichtet und bietet eine schöne Auswahl an verschiedenen Leckereien. Besonders schön ist, dass das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht eingenommen werden kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

    Ein grosser Pluspunkt des Hotels ist die beworbene Rooftop-Bar. Leider war diese während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts nur an einem einzigen Abend geöffnet. Das hat uns enttäuscht, da wir uns unter anderem aufgrund dieses Angebots für das Hotel entschieden hatten. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, wodurch Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich wahrnehmbar sind. Ausserdem war die Rezeption häufig nicht besetzt, was die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Personal teilweise erschwerte.
