    Overall, our stay was great.

I liked that we were able to do a late check-in since our train was delayed and we got there very late. I like that the room was very comfortable and quiet Navana sky Palace is in a great location

We did not like that. The elevator wasn’t working the first night we got there and we had to carry our bags up for floors. It worked the other nights that we were there, but was very slow. The hardware in our shower was very loose and seemed to be becoming apart
