Five stars, really?
The breakfast was actually quite good, with a nice selection of food. It is worth arriving a little early, though, if you want to have the full choice available, as some items were not replenished once they ran out, despite breakfast service lasting only around two hours. Overall, however, the quality of the breakfast was one of the positive aspects of our stay.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering that the property is presented as 5-star accommodation. As soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell mixed with chlorine. There were no insect screens on the windows, so airing the room properly was not exactly easy. The shower was in poor condition, with visible mould and hairs, which was a surprising detail for a property in this category. There was also no ventilation in either the bathroom or the toilet, which made things even less comfortable. At night, the room was not particularly quiet either. The refrigerator is about one metre from the bed, so you can hear it working, while the pool machinery seemed to provide its own background soundtrack throughout the night. The toilet area is also very impractical, as there is no shelf or surface for even the smallest personal items. The waste bin basically becomes the only available “storage space”. And then there is probably the most unexpected design feature of all: an Ethernet port inside the shower area. Definitely not something we had on our list of 5-star amenities. Overall, for the price paid, we expected a noticeably higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail.

A wonderful stay with amazing service!
We loved everything about our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Anna, who assisted us with reservations at the best restaurants and beach bars. The accommodation is a true oasis for relaxation and enjoyment, away from the city crowds, yet only a 15-minute drive from Naxos Town.

Tout est nickel Vacances de rêves
Rien à voir avec l’hôtel mais sur Naxos en plein mois d’août on a eu une nuit avec beaucoup de vent et ça gâche un peu le moment piscine
