NOT a 5 star hotel , good people, poor facitilites
The front desk team were good, the young lady who was there in the morning was very good and very helpful . The hotel was in a good location in the centre of town they provided beach towels and the roof terrace and pool was a nice bonus , shame about the service !
Breakfast was a shambles - no buffet and very slow a la carte offer - why !? food was questionable in terms of its freshness. Erratic room service and cleaning, never got the same service twice . Noise of chairs etc was horrific from the roof terrace, making sleep virtually impossible if you were in a room below the gym was unusable , equipment was scarce, poor quality and unmaintained a back gate was in place , but locked , despite being advertised for use. Safe was so small it was almost impossible to be used for anything over the size of a passport . Bathroom was mouldy and the smell of sewage overpowering Overall NOT a 5 star hotel or anywhere close . Absolutely fine if they were charging 3/4 star prices.

Naxos Island Hotel is the best choice for a Naxos vacation!
Antonia and the rest of the hotel staff were kind, friendly, helpful and competent! Our room (#15) was spacious, the king size bed provided a great night's sleep, the temperature of the room was comfortable and easy to adjust, ditto the water pressure and temperature in the shower! Breakfast on the roof was included and was delicious! The view was spectacular. We also loved the central location of this hotel! Great coffee next door, 2 places to rent a car for the day were steps from the hotel, and we even used the same day drop off laundry service nearby - filled a bag and it only cost 12€!! Bonus: Giannoulis restaurant across from hotel was delicious and a must-do! The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk away!

We spent a wonderful couple of days relaxing with family in AgProkopios. This was our second visit and it didn’t disap
Location is perfect. Rooftop area with pool and a view to die for. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

La habitación con el jacuzzi aunque ne hubiera gustado más si el jacuzzi estuviera puesto en una zona más privada. No tan expuesto a la gente que pasa por delante de la habitación.
El desayuno. Lenta la atención y el servicio.
