The location.
The apartment had alot mould which permeates through the entire accommodation and through the kitchen cupboards. There were also alot of bugs and insects on the walls and kitchen benches. But it was the mould we found to be unacceptable. The apartment is inappropriate for holiday rental. We found alternate accommodation and we were very disappointed to only receive a partial refund for the three nights we had booked and paid for at this property. Even though we did not stay at the apartment, we decided not to argue for the full refund because we dont want to ruin our holiday. We only received a 50% refund which is really disappointing. We will move on from this experience and hope no orther guests have the same experience. Very poor at the very least a full refund should have been offered. The attached photos depict the mould on the ceiling and cornices in kitchen and bathroom and of the insects on walls etc

Mooi appartement maar koud en vochtig.
Locatie was top!
Het was erg vochtig in het appartement. Ook het beddengoed was vochtig. De airco als verwarming kon het niet aan. Het bleef koud in het appartement. Vooral in de slaapkamers. Extra dekens waren er niet.
