    We loved it & would recommend to anyone.

    I loved the location— close to train station, in Korean area & right next to market. Also loved the immediate response to any texts.

    It was a bit smaller than expected.

    Good base to adventure and experience Tokyo.

    Very close to public transport. With good in room facilities

    It was a little small, with very hard third bed. But it was in Tokyo.

    Good for short stay.

    Room itself was clean and comfortable. Big space for 3 pax. Nice to have a little kitchen for simple meals/supper. Toilet and shower area are separated which is convenient. Washer/dryer a great bonus although dryer takes some time. Host was responsive such as for garbage collection. We liked the rooftop access as well for views of the city. And the supermarket just below.

    Building seems old, with a foul smell in the corridor/carpet. Although room itself was great, it was not a pleasant walk to the room everyday. Neighbourhood seems to be where the international community is - there are nepalese/korean etc. food but limited local options. Nearest Okubo station about 5mins walk, but much further walk to the main shinjuku area.
