    Zero soundproofing. Do NOT rent 1st floor units. However, even 2nd floor units will hear their downstair neighbors. Rent

    Nicely decorated. Responsive staffs.

    Zero soundproofing—your sleep schedule depends on your neighbors. After an exhausting day of hiking and dealing with tourist crowds, you want to return to a peaceful oasis. Unfortunately, this place offers zero soundproofing. You will hear every single step from your upstairs neighbors, every chair scraping across the floor, every dropped object, water rushing through the pipes, and even normal conversations. Earplugs do not help much, and your sleep schedule will completely depend on whoever lives above you. Our upstairs neighbors happened to wake at 6:00 AM and go to bed at midnight, so that became our forced schedule too. Luckily, no one watched TV or listen to music because the walls are thin enough that a television or radio would easily drive neighbors insane. Look elsewhere if you value quiet time.

    Nice quiet comfortable suite with relaxing outdoor amenities.

    The property was clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio, bbq, and hot tub were a highlight and the location was convenient to downtown

    Great location and very comfortable.

    Very clean and well maintained. The grounds around the building are excellent.

    When the upstairs unit was occupied, it was quite noisy as the separating floor was not very substantial. The folks staying there were not being loud, just that you could hear people speaking and walking around.
