We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has four spacious rooms, making it perfect for our group. The apartment was clean, fresh, and free of any unpleasant odors or noise. There were plenty of large cabinets to keep our clothes organized, strong Wi-Fi, excellent water pressure, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Our host, Mr. Erekle, was exceptional—very responsive, approachable, and easy to communicate with whenever we needed assistance. We are truly grateful that he met us on the first day and personally showed us the features of the apartment. The location was also excellent and easy to find using Google Maps or Bolt. We felt safe in the area, especially with a police station directly opposite the apartment. Convenience stores, including SPAR, are just a short walk away, with some open 24 hours. There is also a park, shopping areas, and beautiful tourist attractions within walking distance. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations and provided everything we could ask for in a comfortable and convenient stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
There was nothing we disliked about our stay. However, as mentioned in previous reviews, the building does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but it may be a little challenging for guests traveling with elderly family members or carrying heavy luggage. It is worth keeping in mind when booking.

В центре. 4 спальни, просторно, можно отдохнуть и изолироваться, и при этом есть гостиная с диванами для посиделок. 2 санузла, оба с душем и туалетом. Кухня, посуда, посудомойка, стиралка, расходники, все есть. Кондиционеры. Чистое постельное белье. Без контактный доступ. Магазин спар рядом
