    Exceptional stay in a perfect location. Will definitely return.

    The whole property had a lovely ambiance and vibe. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as was the shower room. Amilia and Tim were most welcoming, accommodating, and informative about the local area.

    We were staying in St Mawes for a wedding and just had the best weekend, Nearwater was the perfect place to rest and rec

    Everything. The room was beautiful, a great size, quiet, with a huge and comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need. Friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome and also made a spectacular breakfast. Amelia even kindly left extra towels out in case we wanted to go for a dip in the sea. The location is absolutely stunning, I think St Mawes is what every seaside town wishes it was.

    There was nothing not to like!
