    Fantastic comfortable location

    the location was perfect for our requirements. premises were spacious with ample storage for our equipment in the garage. the supply of coffee and tea was a welcome sight on arrival. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. there were areas to suit mood and views solitude and socialising as and when required. the balcony sun room, the enclosed garden and nooks and crannies. the kitchen was well stocked. the car was parked and not required due to the excellent location.

    like myself the property was showing signs of having had a long season with minor wear, it is a lot older than I and has an interesting history. some door handles were a little loose, bathroom window and shutters did not close fully. the large bedroom had lots of hanging space where the smaller ones only had drawers. the heating was on a schedule and not required by us, so had to be adjusted manually. the internet connection was poor. all very minor issues which didn't retract from our successfully enjoyable stay.

    So convenient and homely. Everything you need is there.

    So convenient- loved the decking. Cozy. Very clean and has all you can want. Comfy beds and feels homely. Back at Christmas and cannot wait.

    We had some issues with kitchen plumbing night 1, but host was responsive and there in no time at all. That’s it. There is nothing to dislike About this place.
