Flexible with late check-in, but misleading photos and unresolved refund issues.
On the positive side, although it was initially quite difficult to get a response through Booking.com, communication improved once the hosts contacted us via WhatsApp. We also appreciated their flexibility regarding our late arrival. Although the official check-in time was until 11 PM, they were understanding when we informed them that we would arrive around 2 AM and kindly arranged for us to collect the key.
Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was quite disappointing. The photos on Booking.com did not accurately reflect reality. We had booked a Superior Studio but were given a different studio on the ground floor, which looked different from the one shown in the listing. The actual studio was also significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, did not seem to have been renovated recently, and there were visible signs of dampness in the bathroom. After spending one night there, we decided to find alternative accommodation. The hosts initially seemed willing to offer a partial refund, proposing that we would pay 100% for the night we had stayed and 50% for the remaining nights. However, their proposed arrangement required us to pay the amount in cash first, after which they would refund us through Booking.com. When we asked what guarantee we had that the refund would actually be processed after we paid in cash, the hosts stopped responding to our messages.

La posizione è stata la cosa migliore! Ci ha oermesso di visitare bene la costa ovest e il faro stupemdo!
Per quello che abbiamo pagaro la stanza è davvero piccola. La cicina era presente ma super piccola e non c era tutto il necessario per cucinare tant e che abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori!

Very nice and clean!
It was very clean and comfy and it is good value for the money. The beach is very close. Има Мента Пещера на техния бар за българите!
The parking is first come first serve so be aware. One of the staff members told us where to park only to knock on our door later asking us to remove the car from the spot. Other than that we had a very nice stay!
