The villa is very nice, in tradition with Greece/Hydra style. Very comfortable and very well equiped.
it is obligatory by the owner to give the honest information about the location, some 900 meters from the port, 340 steps!!! And no view from the villa itself nor from the two terraces. This info is contrary to the published details in Booking and the villa web site. Older people should take the steps and the distance in consideration. The result is being stuck in the villa for most of the day to avoid this very difficult clime twice a day, or ride mules back and forth. Utterly not realistic.

cool traditional greek house.
Everything was well organized and very easy! Upon arrival, we had mules waiting to transport us to the house. Their agents were waiting for us there and gave me all the necessary instructions. The whole process was really simple.

Great stay and amazing value for money
The villa was perfect for us, a group of 4 friends: comfortable, clean, quality amenities, great staff. It is located in the higher part of the town and therefore there’s a bit of a climb uphill, but totally worth it for the beautiful views from the terrace. There’s a supermarket close by which stocks all the basics. George was a wonderful host and helped us with local tips and recommendations. Would definitely return!
The internet reception is problematic (normal around the Greek islands) so just a heads up in case remote work is involved.
