    Perfect location. Staff, mostly good. Restaurant, good. Breakfast, excellent. Definitely not a "spa"

    The advertisement of the hotel as being a "spa" is very deceptive; in fact, just not true at all. There is a tiny massage facility - the front door of which faces the receptionist's desk! - which had no appointments available when we arrived, and even if it had had some, it would not have changed my opinion - this hotel is not a "spa hotel". The room that we had was barely big enough for the bed! Although the bed was comfortable, the room itself was something out of the 50s in Europe: so small one could hardly move around in the space. Additionally, some of the women who work at the front desk have an attitude of superiority like France in the 50s as well. Some were very nice and helpful, others just snobs. By the way, I speak French. The restaurant staff were super! Friendly, efficient, kind, and the food was good, especially the breakfast. The location for tourist activities is terrific. Right in the center of everything, which we enjoyed even though we've been to Aix several times.

    Great location, very helpful staff, large well equipped rooms, generally a great allround place to stay

    Parking was difficult due to the amazing central location however the receptionist made a negative situation into a positive outcome with her committed attention and assistance, well done!
