    Great location, lovely staff. Had everything we needed. Close to ximending shopping and metro. Lots of food and restaurants nearby. Clean and safe.

    The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was an unpleasant smell in the lift.

    Staff were friendly.

    There was a bad smell inside the elevator. When we entered the room, the room smelled like bleach. The duvet was also not clean.
