    Exceptional hotel with amazing, friendly staff that go the extra mile to accommodate guests.

    The hotel staff were exceptional. Both friendly and accommodating. There were 2 specific staff members that I want to personally commend. First, Ms. Anathi Somtyini at the front desk on her care and friendliness. Secondly, Ms. Evelyn of the cleaning staff who also displayed the above attributes. They went above and beyond their call to accommodate me. There was another cleaning staff named Zanele that was amazing!

    A telephone in the hotel room. A better air conditioning system. A hair dryer in the room
