    Poorly unmaintained hotel with no overnight support, ongoing plumbing and noise issues and bad staff

    - Severe maintenance issues: Experienced a plumbing failure that required an initial room change, non-functional laundry facilities, and a severe shortage of plug points that required using extension cords. - Disruptive noise & no overnight support: At 1:00 AM, the air conditioner began making a continuous, loud clicking sound directly over the bed. When I asked for help to request a room move, the WhatsApp support was completely unmanned with no staff available. I could hear people doing their business through the walls. - Unprofessional staff atmosphere: Staff were seen relaxing in the guest pool area, and hotel towels were being sorted and folded in the main public lounge rather than in back-of-house areas.

    We had a wonderful time and would definately stay there again in future

    The location was perfect and we felt immediately at home there!

    We had no problems or anything to complain about.

    Rooms small and clean but wouldn’t stay there again

    Walking distance to some restaurants

    Rooms very small and our booking in did not go smoothly. We were in a large group and booked the same hotel and they split the group up into two hotels with no notice which became difficult as we were all in one coach

    Because of an unfortunate incident we were redirected to a different property (Fountains hotel) of Neighborgood. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. MK of Neighborgood Romney greeted us and was very accommodating
