    la posizione è incredibile dalla terrazza si vede il porto, sempre ventilata anche nei giorni più afosi anche se non è direttamente collegata con l'appartamento (bisogna fare delle scale per accedervi ) ma la vista è impagabile

    la dotazione delle stoviglie della cucina si può migliorare
