  Awesome location and fantastic host for a stay in Santa Margharita

  Luca was a fabulous host who responded immediately when needed, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and anything else we needed. The location could not have been any better as its located around the corner from the local Piazza where there are restaurant galore and everything you need for your stay.

  Fantastic location and host - highly recommend

  Fantastic location, comfortable bed and has everything you need for supplies. Luca the host was great and very responsive

  Hot water shower doesn’t stay hot - it goes from cold to hot but it was fine

  Sensational property to experience the best of Santa Margherita

  Enjoyed my stay at this small but very clean and well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. Host communication was excellent.

  Air conditioning could be better. There is a portable a/c in the living room which is effective but very loud, and then a portable fan in the bedroom which only just does the job during the summer months.

  Amazing place to enjoy a holiday on the Italian coast. Thank you Luca.

  Fantastic location, right in the middle of town, surrounded by lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Our host, Luca, was available at all times and recommended some amazing places to dine. We loved our time in Santa Margherita.
