    La ubicación está muy bien.

    El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en plena ola de calor. La primera respuesta del propietario fue decir cómo se encendía. Su segundo opción fue intentar cambiarnos a otro apartamento el segundo día a las 22:30h. Cuando ya estábamos para dormir. El tercer día dijo que vendría el técnico a arreglarlo pero no vino nadie. Desastre total en plena ola de calor.

    Top Lage, aber maue Ausstattung, unsauber und sehr schlechter Service!

    Lage ist top, ebenso Größe des Apartments und die Betten.

    Die Ausstattung (insbesondere Küchenausstattung, Beleuchtung, Ablagemöglichkeiten, Mobiliar) ist für den Preis wirklich bescheiden, teilweise einfach schon sehr heruntergekommen und lieblos. Geschirr nicht sauber und alte, stinkende Putzschwämme sind ein no go ( in jeder Preisklasse). Keine Antwort des Host auf eine Nachfrage bzgl. verlorener Ohrringe, lässt vermuten, dass die Wohnung tatsächlich nur als "Geldquelle" betrachtet wird und die Kommunikation mit dem Gast als ein notwendiges Übel betrachtet wird ( wie gesagt: ex post zero).
