  The location was very convenient, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The apartment is a good choice for a family stay, and overall we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to families visiting Milan.

  When we arrived, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the apartment, even though there were signs stating that smoking was not allowed. No one in our family smokes, so the smell was quite unpleasant and affected our comfort, especially during the first part of our stay.

  Great location and comfortable stay in Milan

  We had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Milan. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, and major attractions. The apartment was cozy and well equipped. The room was comfortable and provided stuffs we needed after a long day of sightseeing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was kind and helpful, communication was efficient. A great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Milan. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

  1) The bedding could be renewed, especially the sofa bed, as updating the mattresses and linens would make the sleeping experience even more comfortable. 2) Some noise from outside during late night and early morning hours. 3) You may want to pay a little more attention when walking around the area outside the apartment, especially at late night.

  Worst EVER

  The host can win the "worst host reward" big time. DO NOT BOOK this place!!!

  Our experience with this host was by far the worst we have ever had. The host provided completely incorrect check-in instructions and sent us to collect the key from a location that did not even exist. As a result, my son and I spent **three hours** walking around Milan in the intense July heat, desperately asking strangers for help. Eventually, a local business in the area took pity on us and contacted the property's maintenance manager. Thanks to their efforts, we finally managed to locate the keys-but even that process was unnecessarily difficult. Throughout the entire ordeal, the host's phone number was **out of service**. It was impossible to call or send messages, and several people tried to reach the number only to hear an automated message saying it was unavailable. The host also ignored every message we sent through Booking.com. The only time the host responded was about **24 hours later**, simply to demand payment of the city tax. There was no genuine apology, no acknowledgment of the distress caused, and no offer of any compensation. This completely ruined the beginning of our vacation and caused us hours of stress, frustration, and unnecessary hardship. If you value your holiday, **avoid this property**. If it were possible to give a rating of **-10 or lower**, that is exactly what I would give it.

  Bardzo dobry apartament

  Apartament bardzo blisko stacji metra Lima, skąd można szybko dostać się np. do Duomo di Milano. Można też iść pieszo ponieważ spacer zajmie ok. 40 minut. Apartament położony jest na parterze (trzeba pokonać zaledwie 6 schodków) i ma widok na wewnętrzny dziedziniec budynku więc wewnątrz jest cicho. Wyposażenie jest zgodne z opisem. Miejsce godne polecenia na krótkie i długie pobyty.

  Drzwi od łazienki są przesuwne i trzeba je zawsze zamknąć na haczyk żeby się samoczynnie nie otwierały.
