Η τοποθεσία είναι το μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα του σπιτιού. Βρίσκεται πάνω στην Via del' Indipendenza, την πιο κεντρική οδό της Μπολόνια. Απέχει 12 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό και 5 λεπτά από την Piazza Maggiore. Πηγαίνεις παντού με τα πόδια και αυτό είναι πολύ ανακουφιστικό, όταν είσαι κουρασμένος από τις βόλτες και βιάζεσαι να γυρίσεις σπίτι, ειδικά το καλοκαίρι με τη ζέστη.
Το διαμέρισμα είναι μεγάλο και άνετο, αλλά παλιό και όχι ιδιαίτερα φροντισμένο. Ήταν σχετικά καθαρό, αλλά στο παλιό σπίτι αυτό δεν φαίνεται πολύ. Το μεγάλο πρόβλημα είναι το κλιματιστικό, που είναι πολύ θορυβώδες και βγάζει ελάχιστη δροσιά. Το πλυντήριο ρούχων δεν λειτουργούσε. Για να φτάσεις στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν σκαλοπάτια στο σκοτάδι και μπορείς να σκοτωθείς. Το ίδιο και όταν μπαίνεις στο σπίτι που είναι σκοτεινό, υπάρχει ένα σκαλοπάτι ακριβώς μπροστά στην πόρτα που δεν το βλέπεις και είμαι σίγουρη ότι πολύς κόσμος έχει πεσει. Γενικά η ιδιοκτήτρια δεν έδειξε να ενδιαφέρεται ιδιαίτερα για τους ενοίκους της. Το σπίτι δεν πρόσφερε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο! Το λέω γιατί είχε προηγηθεί διαμονή μας στο Μπέργκαμο και στη Βερόνα, όπου πρόσφεραν τα πάντα, από κάψουλες καφέ για την εσπρεσιέρα μέχρι λάδι και σνακς. Εδώ υπήρχε μόνο λίγος μπαγιάτικος καφές στο ντουλάπι που μύριζε και κάτι ύποπτες συσκευασίες αλατιού. Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα ούτε θα το σύστηνα

La struttura si trova in pieno centro a Bologna ed è molto comoda. La stanza è molto carina e accogliente, oltre che pulita e ben arredata.
Purtroppo, non ho trovato neanche una bottiglia d' acqua in frigo, e sinceramente ho notato che la proprietaria aveva una certa fretta di far pulire la stanza ( probabilmente), in quanto già verso le 8 chiedeva quando lasciassi la stessa. Nonostante il check-in fosse fino alle 10 . Questa cosa non è stata tanto gradita.
