    Overall great stay and loved lake como!!

    The property was at an excellent location! Having the ferry close by was a huge plus since we didn’t have a car. Having the washing machine was great plus …. It is a combo washer and drying and little confusing at first but works well!

    There is a standing AC unit when you first walk in but no where to put it since not compatible with the windows….. thank goodness there is an ac unit in the bedroom

    Location and view are the best features.

    Wonderful view of Lake Como! Balcony! Short walk to a public ferry. Big living room, nicely furnished. Very nice restaurant (pricey, dinner only, reservations needed) in the building.

    Dangerous driveway to parking area, steep, sharp turns. AC unit in LR wouldn't cool. Building lobby and hallways are scruffy, poorly lit. Only 4 coffee pods?

    Good VFM for the area and an excellent restaurant next door.

    Great location next to ferry terminals and on main bus route from Como to Mennagio. Fabulous view across lake towards Bellagio. A bonus was to have a fabulous restaurant next door.

    Road noise was an issue if you wanted windows open at night!
