    Disappointing

    Location

My experience was very disappointing. While I was already at the gate, the owner informed me that the apartment I had booked was not ready because a pipe had burst. I then had to wait for almost two hours while she arranged alternative accommodation through a friend. This was extremely frustrating, especially after a long journey. The checkout process was just as disappointing. We waited for more than an hour to receive the exit PIN, causing another unnecessary delay. To make matters worse, the cleaning lady knocked on the door before 10:00 a.m., loudly telling us that our time was up, even though our check-in had been delayed by several hours due to the property’s issues. I expected much better communication and customer service. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve had.
