  Clean but overall basic in furnishings curtains poor, felt sparse.

  Not applicable. Would have been nice to have to have had small welcome pack with few teabags/coffee/small milk cartons

  Flat very clean but basic in furnishings curtains poor. Instructions on how to operate tv would have been helpful.

  Clean and comfortable.

  Clean and comfortable. Owner came to help to up TV as no instructions in the property and we are not very techy! Thermostat to be ablet to adjust to own comfort. Heating was on when we arrived so very cosy.

  I would like to have known cash of £10.00 to be left at the property for the dog staying in advance. But not a problem as we had cash.

  Great stay. Owners very helpful when we needed them, they were easy to contact. Great location. Easy to go over on ferry

  Booking.com-Don't expect help if things go wrong. Terrible Experience.

  Nothing -as we did not have the opportunity to access the property. Despite contacting Booking.Com with 10+ emails, Booking.com did nothing to either obtain the key box code for entry, or contact the owner for assistance. We did get confirmation from Booking.com, who promptly took payment. The owner eventually contacted us at 7.30pm, when we left Largs on way home. Apparently he had just been notified by Booking.com of the problem and knew nothing of our reservation. Also that Booking.com had listed a wrong phone number for him. He did appear genuinely apologetic but never came back to as promised to arrange a return visit at favourable terms. I have since been in contact with Booking.com,several times for an update, and they failed to explain what went wrong, empty words of apology and not so much as offering a credit towards a future stay. Furthermore taking credit for my full refund, yet the owner had previously agreed this, not Booking.com. Will never use or recommend Booking.com again for a short notice overnight stay. Contact details listed as Amsterdam and they hoped to get a resolution in 48 hours for a 24 hour stay ! They are also still listing the same " wrong phone number " for the property .

  The shocking, lack of assistance from Booking.com when things went wrong, and we were not provided with access arrangements. A totally ruined afternoon. Before submitting this review gave Booking.com a chance to resolve our complaint , but just received an empty apology and never did explain what went wrong.
