    Eigentlich nichts. Die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch einen Minisafe vor Ort war gut

    Alles! Lage direkt neben der Kläranlage,alles dreckig, Grill nicht nutzbar durch seinen Zustand, mussten uns zu dritt 2 kleine Mini Tassen zum Frühstück teilen, kaum Geschirr, zum kochen war es uns eh zu eklig, im Bad kann man sich kaum drehen,geschweige denn ordentlich auf Toilette sitzen,duschen nur mit Latschen,TV hat nicht funktioniert,nur Netflix, Terrasse nicht geschlossen

    Als Werkarbeiter-Wohnung war es gut, als Ferienwohnung lieblos! Alles war in einfach vorhanden, aber nichts war schön! Sehr gut waren die große Uhr an der Wand und der normal große Kühlschrank! Ein Satz Handtücher und ein Geschirrtuch waren nicht genug für 5 Tage, da beides gewaschen und währenddessen ersetzt werden muss. Sehr wichtig: Wenn man als Doppelzimmer vermietet, müssen beide Matratzen gut sein! Ich lag auf 10cm Schaumstoff auf Lattenrost und hatte jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen! Die Wohnung liegt vor einem Regen- Auffangbecken, dadurch kam es zu vielen Fliegen und häufiger Geruchs- Belästigung! Bei dieser Lage muss vor das Badezimmerfenster, vor eins der Küchenfenster und vor das äußere Hoffenster Insekten- Schutzgitter!!

    Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Gute Anbindungen an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

    Parken war schwierig Der Schlüssel lag im Schlüsselfach. Der Code wurde mir zugesendet. Der Code am Schlüsselfach war jedoch nicht verstellt, somit war der Schlüssel für jeden frei zugänglich. Das gab mir ein komisches Gefühl die Wohnung zu betreten.
