Good spot for a short stay in the city
Location is walkable to most of central Providence and the decor is nice.
Parking was a bit difficult at times (though not impossible, just circle the block until a spot opens), and it was noisy with all the opening and closing of doors, making it hard to sleep. Bring earplugs!

Horrible customer service
The location was nice
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. They charged both cards for 1 stay and then proceeded to act like it was no big deal. Had to wait 2-3 business days.

Great for karaoke bar access, tiny bathrooms, $40/night parking, luxury price with no luxuries.
Location was good and the old building is charming at first.
$500 for one night (my wedding night) got me an elevator I couldn’t use while moving luggage at the same time, and a bathroom so small I barely fit in the stall shower. It was hard to keep water from just spraying everywhere the curtain didn’t even reach the floor. I’m also pretty sure the hotel has some kind of dark energy - vibes we’re way off. You also clearly hear the street outside. I booked a suite - there’s no excuse for that bathroom. Even if the building is historic. It’s not 1026 anymore and people’s needs changed.
