    Some good some bad

    Location and bar staff.

    Cleanliness, especially the pool area, far too many non residents taking over the place, builders straight from work, the language is horrendous, large groups of expats, language not much better, sunbed wars.

    A great location , great accommodation, friendly staff and plenty going on in the hotel

    Clean, modern and friendly staff . Great to have the pool too!

    Dissatisfying because of pure basic stuff.

    The location was good, the room was clean, pool was good.

    I found following basics quite dissatisfactory: On day 2 the soap was over. I mentioned this at the reception. Then the cleaning lady has filled it in with soap water or similar (90% water, 10% soap). So I had to report it again to be fixed. On day 3 the toilet paper was almost over. I mentioned the same at the reception along with the lack of soap. No actions were taken. On the day after I told the same to the cleaning lady. Her answer was "We don't change toilet paper every day". I explained that I am not asking for every-day-change, but only asking for it on the 4th day, because it is literarily over. Her answer again was "But we don't change toilet paper every day". So we've had to debate further about providing a toilet paper. I am sorry, but asking more than twice about soap and toilet paper on different days is EMBARASSING and not how I would like to remember my stay. Please note that these are PURE BASICS.
