    Everything about the resort is spectacular. The beach, pool, cleanliness, staff, all were amazing. A large variety of tasty food and drinks on offer. The three additional on site restaurants included in the all inclusive were very nice, but the main buffet restaurant had lovely food as well.

    This is overall a very minor negative point, but considering the overall cost, I was surprised that there was no shellfish for any of the meals. To clarify, the variety of food was so diverse (with fish often being served) and the quality was great so I didn't necessarily feel the lack of shellfish was a negative to the experience, but considering the location and the cost of the stay I would have expected prawns, crabs, etc as part of the buffet (at least periodically, if not regularly).

    I will come back in shallah ❤️

    I really appreciated how helpful and cooperative all the staff were, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. A special mention and thanks to Mr. Moussa and Ali from the Concierge team for their exceptional service and kindness.

    The main downsides were the frequent power cuts, which were quite inconvenient. The prices were also quite high, especially for transportation. Additionally, the bathroom extractor fan was very loud and could be disturbing.

    Best all inclusive holiday at a five star resort

    Excellent hotel, friendly ,clean and the staff were extremely hospitable. All inclusive holiday Food was great and the chef at the Indian restaurant was extremely accommodating for vegetarian food My husband and I tried all 4 restaurants at the resort and they were all very good
