    Throwing no shade on this one.

    Price

    Could not sleep because there was not any proper shading on the main large slider window. Exterior lighting at night could not be blocked out. The owner promised a thick blanket as a temporary dark curtain but never delivered. We did not sleep at all the first night so we abandoned the room and went to proper accommodations nearby at extra expense. I explained this whole problem and asked for a partial refund. The owner's only response was to say he put "a blanket in the closet". In general, the owner does the bare minimum to maintain the property and be present for guests.

    Exceptional

    Everything was by far better from what expected! location/room/facilities/politeness/access/price. PERFECT!

    Be extremely careful! Dont forget to bring a simple eye mask because the light in the room is very strong after 6am
