Amazing location
The most important thing I really appreciate about this place is the excellent location. It is only 8 mins by walk from the Colosseum, about 19 mins from Trevi fountain, shops and top restaurants are everywhere near the airBnB. The staff are nice and welcoming as well. The airBnB is not a usual accommodation and services I am used to in the US but I do like its unique features.
These are the things they need to improve on at the facility. They caused minor inconvenience to me but they didn’t significantly affect my overall vacation in Rome, Italy. 1. I wish they were more responsive to messages on booking.com when I arrived at the airBnB. I had to reactivate my primary US # to call the front desk because I couldn’t access the main building. I recommend they send the codes to access the main building and reception office for check in prior to guests’ arrival. I had to press the building code to get ahold of the front desk staff but it’s extremely hard to understand because it’s very noisy outside, the accent was a little challenging and the sound quality of the speaker was really bad as well. 2. The breakfast was okay and the coffee maker was broken the entire stay. It was not a huge deal for me because I actually preferred to have a delicious breakfast with cappuccino at the nearby cafes. 3) The room is very small and the sink is the lowest and tiniest sink I have seen in my life. 4) Lastly, the walls aren’t sound proofed. I could literally hear my neighbors next-door talk and all the people who ate in the cafe.

Lots of construction and no communication from staff
Good location
We received an email 2 weeks before our trip to say that unfortunately construction work would be continuing during our stay. We weren’t too bothered until we arrived to a building site. It was very apparent that the construction would never have been finished before our stay and we were disappointed that we were only told 2 weeks in advance. I think they told us then because other hotels would be too expensive to rebook and we would keep our booking. No codes given in advance of our arrival to access the building. We turned up with nothing. Staff weren’t answering phone or booking.com messages. Breakfast was provided for free (due to construction) but it was so odd. Everything tasted dry and a week old. We wish we’d been told ahead of time about the construction so that we could’ve booked elsewhere.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado a todos los lugares de interés y a un paso de la estación de Metro. Además, en la misma calle encuentras qué comer. Es cómodo y no hay mucho ruido a pesar del lugar transitado.
