We enjoyed our stay at Ness by the Ocean overall. The hotel looks lovely, both inside and out, although the atmosphere sometimes feels a little empty and could use more warmth and personality. The bar staff were friendly, the food and drink selection was good, and the tapas were amazing! Housekeeping also deserves special recognition for doing an excellent job throughout our stay.
The main area for improvement is the hospitality from the rest of the team. Staff often seemed bothered when we asked for assistance, which made us feel uncomfortable asking for help. A more welcoming and attentive approach would make a big difference to the overall experience.

Lage direkt am Strand, wo man sehr gute tipps zu schnorcheln kann. Personal im Restaurant und am Empfang super nett und zuvorkommend.

Zentral gelegenes, wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Strand mit eingem Hausriff.
Die Lage direkt am Strand mit eigenem Hausriff ist perfekt. Auch das sehr ausgiebige und leckere Frühstück nimmt man direkt neben dem Strand ein. Zudem gibt es später an der Bar einen wunderbaren Pina Colada. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof, der mehr ein Jungel ist, was einen perfekten Sichtschutz bietet. Zu Fuss erreicht man zudem Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie andere Restaurants.
Das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant war ok aber nicht überragend.
