  Our holiday was excellent

  This villa provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and featured a beautiful pool. The location served as a perfect base for exploring Crete's attractions. We successfully visited multiple sites in single day trips, Preveli Beach (prepare for hiking), Kourtaliotiko Gorge waterfalls, Arkadi Monastery, and Damoni Beach made for a full but manageable day. The Apithano Honey Museum and Mediloni Cave are both within 10 minutes' drive, perfect for shorter excursions. Elafonisi Beach requires a 2-hour drive but is worth the journey Chania Marina combined well with stops at Kourna Lake (highly recommended for families) and Rethymno's Fortezza and beach Bali and Heraklion Museum are approximately 1 hour away Parnomo offers convenient shopping and dining options nearby. A rental car is essential for exploring the island effectively. The property's central location makes it an ideal base for exploring both the immediate area and Crete's major attractions. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and strategic positioning creates an optimal holiday experience.

  Heerlijk groot huis met fijn zwembad, warme buitendouche en privacy. Makkelijk om er met 2 gezinnen te verblijven. 2x p.w. worden lakens en handdoeken verschoond. Panormos heeft leuke tavernes aan de zee maar ga zeker naar de taverne in Roumeli. Goed, goedkoop,gastvrij en mooi uitzicht

  Er zaten nog etensresten op de borden toen wij kwamen

  Happy time spent at Ioanna Villa, great Privacy.

  The location was brilliant. Great views and privacy. As two families of four, the upstairs/ downstairs was ideal. Lots of space and the swimming pool fantastic, we spent a lot of time in this area and the outside dining area. Local peacock liked to make an appearance on end wall beginning and end of day! We were there during heatwave, and as well as the pool, we made the most of having good air-conditioning in villa. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at villa around 1am - no problems getting access. When needing to contact ThinkVilla, they were great in getting back to us. Villa is centrally located on the island to reach most places (by car).

  Just some improvements rather than dislikes that would make stay even more comfortable. Over time, certain aspects of the villa have become a bit tired. Some of the electrical appliances would also blow a fuse. There is no shower curtain. During our stay, Ants were also keen to get involved, but nothing a bit of spray couldn't sort. There appears to be developments for another villa next door?? Walls being built when we were there. This was not heavy building work, but light machinery now and again. The workers were not noisy, seemed considerate, and did not disrupt holiday, but there was an occasion when dust from movement of soil came onto pool - This was cleaned when we requested.

  Exceptional

  We all felt very welcome at this villa - great staff and a lovely area, just a few minutes drive to the local town. The pool is a good size and there is plenty of room for a large group (9 of us in total). Highly recommended!
